Select the date when you experienced the delayed arrival on the calendar
"Where did you get on the train?" - Select or type the name of the GO station where you boarded the train
Where did you get off the train?” - Select or type the name of the GO station where you got off the train
"What time was your train scheduled to leave the station where you got on?" - Select the time the train was scheduled to leave the station you selected when answering “Where did you get on the train?"

If your trip qualifies, PRESTO card holders can visit the Service Guarantee page to request a credit. Paper ticket holders (single-ride tickets, day or group passes) can request their credit from a GO station attendant. Check your station’s operating hours.
